Sealing the Deal to Refurbish Edinburgh's New Italian Consulate, the Insite Way

Last Friday, a landmark moment unfolded in Edinburgh's historic heart as Insite Group's Operations Director George Finlay and Head Of Marketing Gerry Campbell, officially signed the contract with Veronica Ferrucci, the Consul General of Italy, for the Refurbishment and Fit-out of London House.

This prestigious project will transform the building into the new home for both the Consulate General of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute, fostering deeper cultural and diplomatic ties between Scotland and Italy.

"We are honoured to be entrusted with the refurbishment of the new Italian Consulate in Edinburgh," expressed George Finlay, Operations Director of Insite Group. "This is a unique opportunity to create a space that not only reflects the Italian spirit but also strengthens the ties between our two nations."

The refurbishment will see extensive interior works, creating modern office spaces alongside dedicated cultural exhibition areas and public reception facilities. The goal is to not only provide a functional and efficient workspace for the Consulate and Institute, but also to create a space that celebrates Italian culture and fosters meaningful connections between the two nations.

Over the last few weeks we have received fantastic coverage about the project throughout the media with outstanding reach, which are available below:

With the contract now signed, the plans are now in motion, Edinburgh can eagerly await the unveiling of its new Italian Consulate, a testament to the enduring ties between Scotland and Italy, and a beacon of cultural exchange for years to come... we cannot wait.
